Financial wellbeing for your people
When money worries affect the workplace
Money worries can affect employees’ wellbeing and create challenges at work and at home. Our financial wellbeing workshops give people the knowledge, practical tools and confidence to take greater control of their finances and make informed decisions. Sessions can cover everyday money, saving, pensions, retirement and managing finances through periods of change.
We tailor each programme to your organisation and your people, making the content practical, accessible and relevant to the financial challenges employees may be facing at different stages of their lives.

Questions about workplace financial wellbeing
What financial wellbeing webinars do you offer?
I offer practical, interactive webinars covering topics such as taking control of your money, saving and investing, pensions and retirement, and managing money through periods of change. Sessions can also be developed or adapted around the needs of your organisation and employees.
How long are the webinars and how are they delivered?
Most sessions are designed to run for 60 minutes, including time for questions and interaction. They can be delivered online to employees across the UK, and each session is supported by practical resources or a workbook that participants can use afterwards.
Can you tailor a webinar to our employees?
Yes. Different workforces have different financial concerns, so I’ll discuss your objectives and audience with you beforehand. We can then agree the content and emphasis that will be most useful, rather than simply delivering an off-the-shelf presentation.
Are the sessions independent, or do you promote financial products?
The sessions are independent financial education. I don’t sell investments, pensions, insurance or other financial products, and the webinars aren’t a route to selling financial advice. The aim is to help employees understand their finances, make informed decisions and know where to go when they need further help.
